What we collect

When you join our launch list, we collect your email address, the date you joined, and the version of the consent text you agreed to. We do not ask for health information, payment information or an account. We do not attach product interests or browsing history to your email.

How we use it

Rhythm • Cycle uses the list to share launch news you have requested. Submitting the form does not place an order. This site does not currently send automated emails. Any future marketing messages will include a way to unsubscribe.

Storage and access

Signups are stored in the site’s database, hosted through Sites and Cloudflare. Access to the list and exports is restricted to the site owner. The site does not sell the launch list or run advertising trackers. Hosting providers process requests needed to operate and protect the site.

Site security and preferences

We use a short-lived, one-way identifier derived from a network address to limit repeated form submissions. Raw network addresses are not stored in our signup database. These identifiers and counts are eligible for deletion after 24 hours and are removed during subsequent form activity. Gallery motion can be turned off, and the site respects your device’s reduced-motion setting. Signing in to the owner area uses authentication cookies managed by the hosting platform.

Your choices

Joining the list is optional. To withdraw your consent, request deletion, correct your email or ask a privacy question, contact info@rhythmcycle.co. We retain signup records while the launch list is active or until you request removal. You can browse the collection without joining.
