A clearer conversation about menopause.

The transition has a name. Your experience deserves its own words.

Midlife can introduce a new vocabulary before anyone explains it. These terms are a place to begin asking questions—not a way to reduce a whole chapter to a definition.

Perimenopause is the transition.

Perimenopause is the time leading up to the last menstrual period. During this transition, hormone levels can fluctuate and periods may become less predictable. Experiences differ: some women have few symptoms, while others notice substantial changes.

Menopause is a milestone.

Natural menopause is recognized after 12 consecutive months without a period. The transition and the time after that milestone are related, but they are not the same point in the story. A health care provider can help interpret changes in your own circumstances.

Your questions belong in the conversation.

If symptoms bother you, speak with a health care provider about your options. Any vaginal bleeding after menopause needs medical attention. A brand’s collection can explain products; it cannot establish what is causing a change in your body.

A more considered place to explore.

Shift brings distinct product ideas into the midlife conversation: daytime botanicals, an evening liquid, and broader nutritional approaches. Explore their individual purposes and ingredient directions. You do not need to turn an entire collection into a routine.

This chapter is worth understanding. You are worth listening to.
